I had a medical appointment with Alicia Gappa. My Dr wasn't available. Alicia was my schedule NP. I was very happy to have this appointment with her. She came in to the room with a smile and was very professional. She asked questions and showed concerns and answered my needs. She made me very comfortable to share my health needs with her. I would recommend her or see her again myself.
As Dr’s appointments go this is a great office. A.Gappa is my provider. They are an efficient team checking you in and bringing you back. I have been with A.Gappa for several years, she listens, offers thoughtful a plan and makes sure I am comfortable with the treatment plan. She offers insight as to why her she suggests a specific treatment plan. A.Gappa is approachable, understanding, I never feel rushed, I feel like she genuinely cares.
Alicia Gappa is WONDERFUL!!!!!! She takes the time to go over any questions I have, and explains everything in detail so I can understand! She is very kind and thorough, and makes me feel like a patient and not just a number. She truly cares and it shows! After having issues with a previous provider, I switched to Alicia in 2020, and I know i made the correct decision! She’s amazing!!!
Alicia always takes time to listen to all concerns. She's very knowledgeable, but will take time to explore what she needs to research. We have every confidence in her abilities to provide us with good health care.
NP Gappa has been my wife and my PCP for several years. We absolutely love her and the care she has given us. Never rushes and listens to all concerns. We will be moving from the area soon and pray we can find someone that comes close to her care. Very highly recommend her and she will know who we are.
