Aligned for Life Carlton is a beautiful studio staffed by highly trained, professional Pilates instructors. Chantel, in particular, is outstanding in her field. I have done Pilates for many years , have a Certificate in Mat Work and for several years taught all levels of Mat. I cannot recommend this studio highly enough.
Amanda is an excellent instructor she really helped me with my neck and back issue and I would highly recommend!
Beautiful studio with highly trained and experienced instructors.
