What an inspirational morning I had observing at my Pilates Diploma Course studio! I have learnt from the most knowledgable instructors and today I got to see them teaching not only AFL players and elite ballet dancers but have also had the chance to see elite soccer players for our state and athletes train with them. It truly is amazing so see the high level of this method being taught to not only elite athletes but also everyday people as well :)
I completed my Certificate IV of Matwork Instruction at NPT and loved all the learning & knowledge gained along the way. As a practicing instructor I love knowing that I teach with the most comprehensive course behind me. I hope to further build on this with more training in the future.
