From the first phone call to the day I drove my car away, Alioto's on Bayshore provided excellent customer service. They were in constant contact with me on the status of my car. I was originally quoted 7 business days, and they completed the work in 3 business days. They were super helpful in working directly with my insurance company and with Toyota. A real professional team.
Great experience overall. Jason provided a reasonable estimate, kept us informed of the repair status and made sure I understood the whats and whys of the work. His timeframe was right on. The car was returned cleaner than when I brought it in. Everyone was professional, informative when needed. Definitely will use them again if needed.

I’ve gone to a number of body shops over the decades. Alioto’s is my new favorite! They did a great job fixing my car roof for one of the best prices I was quoted. They were also exceptionally communicative during the process, and finished exactly when they said they would. My car looked better that it did before I, um, ran it into my garage door.
