Alioto's did a great job fixing my Prius after it was side-swiped. Looks like new now! The estimate process was smooth and clear, they completed the work on time, and did a great job keeping me up to date on the progress.
Excellent repair work and even better service. Very helpful with transportation to rental car. Superior communication on the status and timing of the repair work. Would absolutely go there again.

Alioto's deserves 10 stars. From the minute I called them regarding my Mercedes, which was damaged in an auto accident, they worked great with insurance company. William and team kept me informed every 3 days about the repair progress. Even when the repairs exceeded the insurance adjusters estimate (by $600), the insurance company approved immediately. They worked great with the rental car company return. As I mentioned, that provide exceptional service, support and repair.
Great place to have repairs done to a vehicle. Top notch service and quality workmanship. These guys are professionals thru and thru.
