I presented a complex work situation that required extra work from Alisha and her team. I have nothing but amazing things to say. This process can be extremely stressful and I will say I found myself being impatient - but they were ALWAYS professional and walked me through each step. Alisha Is amazing at what she does! She was always very prompt to answer any questions I had and gave me direction when I needed it. An incredible human with great communication skills.
