I really like the convenience of an all-healthcare-in-one-place idea so you can get checked for mental and physical with an attached pharmacy. But I especially appreciate everyone who works here because they all contribute and create a caring atmosphere. From the front desk to the technicians to the pharmacists, everyone puts in effort to help you while making you feel welcome. Can't thank them enough for everything they've done for me in just under a year.
The care and compassion from DR. Duffy, and Dr. Steinhauer is the reason I've been a patient for so many years! Doing the pharmacogenetic DNA testing was the best thing I could have done to narrow down what medications would work best for me. Especially after so many years of trial and error, and never knowing why certain meds did absolutely nothing to help. This place goes above and beyond. And it's a great feeling, knowing that they truly love what they do!
I have been taking my elderly grandmother here for her visits with primary care for the past year now. I am SO grateful for the entire staff. Everyone has been kind, patient, professional and helpful. Especially grateful for: Summer, Sophia, Shelley, Nate, Brooke and April. They show great concern for grandma's safety and well-being. The facility is always clean and comfortable.
They let me run out of my RX, denied Walgreens from filling it. Tried to contact them on the last day of my meds, so out of them tomorrow. Did anyone respond me, NO. All day several messages sent. Why did they not send me a message earlier in the week saying - Hey We see your trying to get refills, We need to see you or this or that BUT NO response. Dr. Duffy and all of his staff are amazing!! They truly treat you with grace and kindness. Each appointment I feel listened to and understood. I couldn’t recommend them more for behavioral health needs!
