They refuse to send my insurance all the information. They expect me to pay full amount so I can be seen again. I messaged needing a refill my meds . They are withholding medication since I have an outstanding bill. Also charged me an extra 30min appointments without me or provider knowing. Insurance does not cover that. Rarely calls back.
This provider is mediocre at best, regularly violates standard of care at worst. (I would know, as a trained medical professional myself, as well as standard of care being Googleable) This provider has a bad enough reputation around town that other mental health professionals have repeatedly warned me against going to this provider. I had my first appointment with my new medication manager, Becca. She is absolutely one of the best managers I’ve ever had here. She truly listened to me and asked questions about me and really cared. Her style of therapy matches my personality. Thank you, Becca and ALIVATION Health.
This is without a doubt the worst “mental health” clinic in Lincoln. Nobody in this place has any interest in helping you. They will charge you as much as they can bill you and chalk it up to their “policy”. Their employees will all give you the runaround and forward your call to the next person who also cannot help you. They will bill your insurance then turn around and bill you for self-pay rates. Half of the things they do here are illegal and multiple people who work here should have their licenses revoked.
I really like the convenience of an all-healthcare-in-one-place idea so you can get checked for mental and physical with an attached pharmacy. But I especially appreciate everyone who works here because they all contribute and create a caring atmosphere. From the front desk to the technicians to the pharmacists, everyone puts in effort to help you while making you feel welcome. Can't thank them enough for everything they've done for me in just under a year.
