Screwed us over because our insurance changed even though we notified them long in advance that this would be happening. Dr. Duffy piled on a bunch of drugs and it seemed like he always was in a rush instead of listening to me.
Had an appt with my provider at 4pm. I waited in the Telehealth lobby for over 40 minutes. I had to call the office and remained on hold for 35 mins. It's upsetting to know they're a mental health facility and that's the way they operate. I'm a veteran who decides to seek help, but obviously their system is broken. Seek help elsewhere as they are not great advocates for the patients.
I simply don't understand how some Alivation reviews are this low. I happened to notice their current "approval rating" a few days ago. One of my guesses would be that one doesn't often need the approval of another when all is well. I don't particularly care to submit reviews in general. I have no desire to harm an individual or institution by throwing (far too many) words out there if they might be misunderstood. I'm So Very Thankful for the care I have received at Alivation. My life has changed so much for the better since coming here. Dani is an absolute angel, and the staff are ALL friendly as can be! I am so thankful for alivation, and often recommend it to friends who need help as well. The telehealth through vCee clinic is super convenient as well!
I have been going to this doctors office for years but the last year they have been billing my insurance wrong and I am now facing close to $2000 worth of money I supposedly owe them. If I could give 0 stars I would most definitely do so they make you pay for a doctor's note for work which is unethical by medical standards. You get passed around like a hot potato from doctor to doctor ever if you verbally say I don't like this they will still continue to do it.
