I had been a patient for years at this facility. There is an oath every health care takes when going into this field and it is to have compassion, provide the appropriate care unique to each patients needs. Years ago I used to go here. I’m only now reviewing this cause of the topic resurfacing. The amount of times I was back into the hospital because of wrong meds, wrong diagnosis, and Dr Duffy simply not listening to me took so much out of my life + my ability to function. Summer who is now my primary always and forever is just the sweetest person I’ve ever met and she takes time to really tackle all my health issues. Dr. Duffy has also been amazing and has guided me along this therapy treatment ketamine for over 6 weeks and I feel the treatment is working amazingly and my depression and anxiety have improved from not wanting to live to wanting to be seen and heard. Iv been going on and off since high school requested, not to be seen by Duffy due to a bad experience in the past and they told me no other provider will see me because I refused to see him. Outlandish. Do better.
Screwed us over because our insurance changed even though we notified them long in advance that this would be happening. Dr. Duffy piled on a bunch of drugs and it seemed like he always was in a rush instead of listening to me.
