I have been taking my elderly grandmother here for her visits with primary care for the past year now. I am SO grateful for the entire staff. Everyone has been kind, patient, professional and helpful. Especially grateful for: Summer, Sophia, Shelley, Nate, Brooke and April. They show great concern for grandma's safety and well-being. The facility is always clean and comfortable.
Dr. Duffy and all of his staff are amazing!! They truly treat you with grace and kindness. Each appointment I feel listened to and understood. I couldn’t recommend them more for behavioral health needs!
I had been a patient for years at this facility. There is an oath every health care takes when going into this field and it is to have compassion, provide the appropriate care unique to each patients needs. Upholding ethical guidelines that ensue proper care and medication management. I left this facility once it was clear they had lost sight of this. If I could scream from the roof tops to not go see Dr Duffy I would. My husband was recommended to him from his regular PCP doctor after leaving rehab and being 45 days sober. Dr Duffy took my husband off all of his meds that rehab had prescribed (which had been taken before) and gave my husband Adderall. He gave an addict who does NOT need it… Adderall! I’ve been seen here before by a number of different providers. They don’t communicate well. They don’t return calls or carry out basic requests such as requesting medical records. Still waiting on these, so if ya’ll see this and want to help me out, you can reach me via the numerous messages and voicemails I have left ☺️
