Miss Montez is amazing. The staff there is great. They are beautiful people and very knowledgeable and friendly. Absolute angels!
Quiana, the receptionist was very helpful in an emergency situation with my mother. She went out of her way to make sure my mother received her medication that was very much needed.
I spend mist of the day in bed because I am a fall risk. Since U cannot get out of bed I use diapers. If I am VERY luckt I only get changed 3 times a day. Usually I only get changed twice. I know this violates federal standards. If I could give this facility a negarive rating I would. It deserves less than the 1 I gave it.
I would not send my worst enemy here they refused to get my husband out of bed and was a problem he was only supposed to be there for a short it turned into 6 weeks and they neglected him causing him to be very sick in the hospital do not go there.
