I spend mist of the day in bed because I am a fall risk. Since U cannot get out of bed I use diapers. If I am VERY luckt I only get changed 3 times a day. Usually I only get changed twice. I know this violates federal standards. If I could give this facility a negarive rating I would. It deserves less than the 1 I gave it.
I’ve had the pleasure of working at this nursing home for some time now, and I can confidently say that since Aliya took over on March 1st, the positive changes have been incredible. The staff is dedicated, compassionate, and truly focused on providing the best care possible for our residents. We’ve seen improvements in the quality of care, communication, and overall atmosphere. I’m proud to be a part of this amazing team. I highly recommend this facility for anyone seeking a warm, caring environment for their loved ones.
I am currently fighting to remove my grandmother from this place. Most of the nurses are RUDE & barely speak English. The place is not CLEAN AT ALL. THE WAY THEY CHANGE THE PATIENTS NEEDS TO BE REEVALUATED ASAP. I AM WRITING THIS POST BECAUSE WHOEVER OWNS THIS PLACE NEEDS TO VISIT IT ASAP & ASK WOULD YOY LEAVE YOUR PARENT IN SUCH A PLACE. After a tour of the facility, I was impress with the care and attentiveness from the nurses other workers of the facility. They truely care for all of their patients. I had such a pleasant tour from Nicole Escamilla, I can say would place my mother's care to them.
This facility is consistently understaffed or unstaffed at times. I have been there for slightly over a month and on 3 separate occasions there has not been a nurse on the floor for up to 5 hours after. Supposed shift change. The food is incredibly subpar and meals are served late and cold and often in styrofoam containers. They are so cheap, they don’t even have simple salt and pepper packets.
