Aliya of Evanston (visited a patient in January 2026): 2nd Floor Observations/Concerns: - Hall cluttered with items on floor outside every room - Fungus Gnat flying around - Dried blood or fecal matter on wall by patient’s bed - Gray, ripped and worn out bed sheet - No remote for room television Positive Staffing Observation: Very nice staff; when asked if housekeeping could clean wall when they are in, a gentleman on staff came in with two cleaning solutions and towels and cleaned the wall (but had to reach over patient i... read more

I will like to acknowledge the Administrator and TEAM!! Are exceptional! The Team takes pride in their residents and services offered. Brittany the Administrator makes sure residents and STAFF are treated equally no matter what the issues maybe! Thank you TEAM ALIYA OF EVANSTON YOU ROCK!!!

Quiana, the receptionist was very helpful in an emergency situation with my mother. She went out of her way to make sure my mother received her medication that was very much needed.

I spend mist of the day in bed because I am a fall risk. Since U cannot get out of bed I use diapers. If I am VERY luckt I only get changed 3 times a day. Usually I only get changed twice. I know this violates federal standards. If I could give this facility a negarive rating I would. It deserves less than the 1 I gave it.

Miss Montez is amazing. The staff there is great. They are beautiful people and very knowledgeable and friendly. Absolute angels!
