My mother was a resident here for 6 months, and I couldn't be happier with the care she received. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, and treated her with REAL dignity. They always took the time to sit and talk with her, while keeping us updated weekly. The facility itself was clean and well-maintained, and the activities programs kept residents engaged and social. I had a really great experience with this facility. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents’ well-being. From the moment you walk in, you can feel that they make comfort, safety, and respect a priority. The nurses and aides are patient, compassionate, and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure residents are cared for properly. It is a nightmare hole in the wall facility. I got send there after a prolonged hospital stay to undergo physical therapy. Got put in a room I had to share with two others. My only privacy was a curtain around the bed and about two feet of floor space around it. The doors to the outdoor facilities were locked at all times. I told her hem I didn’t want to stay and at first they refused to release me while I was there on voluntary basis. Had to move heaven and earth h to get released into the care a friend. My aunt has been here for a while now and in her stay we have never had any issues. Staff is friendly & attentive and she says she is very comfortable here. I would recommend.
