I suggest only letting a loved one go here if you can spend a lot of time with them and stay on top of what goes on. Critical medication was not always taken, staff rarely answered the phone, antipsychotics that were not appropriate were given before a UTI test (that was positive) was performed, and a nurse rudely prevented a soiled bedding change for hours despite other employees being willing and able to do it.
