I have to write a review about this place after picking up my dog Cisco today. He has been coming here for years but has never stayed with them this long. He stayed with them for 7 nights. There was initially some confusion about his play time… I noticed when I watched the cameras he wasn’t playing with the other dogs. But that’s because they took into consideration his hip injury and age and placed him in a separate group.. which I genuinely appreciated. We love this place and will always view it as our 1st choice to board our fierce attack dogs (j/k, they’re white, fluffy Havanese). The staff is very friendly and cares of our dogs as if they were their own. This is the only boarding place to which our dogs love going. Unequivocally recommend this place to anyone requiring a boarding service.
We have had such a great experience bringing our doggo here for daycare and boarding. Our boy is just under 2 and they have been so understanding and helpful of his hyper personality and know that he’s the biggest lover boy. When we leave town and board him, we asked for him to be put in a room that we could clearly see him and they did. We had a flight delay and they were super accommodating and helpful. My 2 dogs stayed 12/21-12/30, shared a kennel, they said they didn’t have any cameras available so I couldn’t check on them during their stay. When I picked them up, my one dog didn’t have his nails trimmed like I had requested at drop off so I had to wait for that. Both dogs smelled very strongly of cleaning chemicals and urine, so bad we had to have the windows open on the drive home and I had to take them to straight to the dog wash at the pet store. They have been very accommodating and my dogs enjoyed their stay. They offer pet grooming as well which is great. Definitely recommend taking your pet there. We will continue taking our pets there as well. Customer service is top notch.
