Ms Betsy, has no Customer Service skills whatsoever. She is extremely RUDE as if they are the only plumbers in town. My property management uses them all the time but never dealt with her until I put her on 3-way so they can hear how she speaks to their tenants. They will lose contracts over this one person. The appointment schedulers cant manage appointments and gives wrong days when their technitions will come out. Even after the appointment was verified the day prior, they still get it wrong.
