This location has went down hill over the last year with new management. Oddly hard to get good communication and service from the team unless you visit in person. I’ve had them tell me my unit doesn’t exist or was cleared out, send me bills for other units multiple times, new and increasing fees, the list goes on. Carolyn was always lovely and easy to work with.
Instead of trying to reserve a storage unit online (it was complicated for me) I decided to call. Over the phone Monica made it as smooth as possible. Fast and efficient. I’d like to thank her for assisting me with renting and explaining me how terms are work. She should be employee of the month. Thank you. Highly recommended.
We have been renting storage units with All American Self Storage of Framingham for so many years, and it has been a great experience. Nice units, accessible for trailers. Great customer services. Mike always is ready to help us with all our request.
Great storage venue inside always very clean and safe. Parking lot and roll up doors especially facing Fountain Street massive pot holes and a lot of chipped concrete at the doors. I’ve tipped over a flat bed loaded with boxes twice now - not sure why such a profitable venue can’t take a couple of units rent for one month and pay to fix the pot holes and concrete. Make it look nice and like you appreciate the customers. Simple fix and it would make a huge improvement.
I needed to find a storage place in a day that was close to my child campus and inexpensive. A parent told me about All American Self Storage. I spoke to customer service over the phone but then decide to go take a look for myself. Aelson at the Framingham location was a big help. He remembers the parent who referred me to that location and guided me through the process he was also able to put our units next to each other.
