Gene delivered a new postage machine to our office. Gene was very nice, professional and Pleasant. Gene was very knowledgeable about the machine. We've been doing business with ACP for a few years and the experience has been great.
We had a copying emergency and needed same day, on-site quantity scanning. Steve was unbelievable and was able to get us equipment within a few hours. The equipment had to come from out of town and we had restrictions on what we could do. Steve was so helpful. I don't believe we could have found anyone else in town that could have responded as accurately and quickly. I will recommend you for anyone, anytime. Thanks!
It took over a month to have anyone get back with us regarding the repairs to the copier. Though the copier has been "repaired" it is still not working properly and remains unused for the most part because of needing to be turned off and on again, repetitively, to make only a few copies and than to repeat the whole process again until you finally get the desired amount of copies. Please have someone come out to make the proper repairs. Thank you.
Lack of communication among All Copy departments drug our issue out for months, which resulted in late fees for us. Our sales rep had to intervene several times to resolve our billing issue.
