We recently worked with Travis, Barb and Larry at ACP to install new printers in our facility. They spent time with us to figure out what would best fit our print/copy needs. They were able to prep the copy machines beforehand to minimize business disruption during installation. After the installation, they worked and followed up with us to make sure every problem and/or training issue was addressed. We are very happy with the service provided by ACP and are happy to recommend them.
I was extremely disappointed in the customer service and professionalism of this company. Early this afternoon I called to place an order with Dane in Supplies for toner and asked what we could do to go about getting it as quickly as possible since we operate over the weekend. I was told that he would be giving me a call back shortly to let me know if they could deliver it or if we needed to pick it up. Our company just switched to All Copy for support & it's been a terrible decision. The salesmen are all of an older generation & kept calling me 'honey' & ''sweetheart' when we were introduced. We had our first printer issue two weeks ago & it has still not been fixed. The salesmen were pushing us to purchase new machines & I kinda think that they are neglecting our service needs in order to force us into that purchase. Save your sanity & call ProServ. One of the most unprofessional companies I have ever done business with. Their customer service is slow, lacks true support, and they always have excuses for their constant shortcomings. I should not have to call and email numerous people just to get ahold of someone. I have been lied to numerous times about products I need either the same day or the next day.
