If your doctor refers you to this Company, RUN (don’t just walk) away. My experience is that they are VERY unprofessional, fail to return phone calls & FAIL to show up on appointments without notice or a courtesy call to let you know they WON’T be there. On my very 1st notice, they only gave me a 3 hour notice to show up & never called again to confirm availability. All County Home Health is real professional. Their therapists and nurses are super awesome. They are really good at what they do and plus they are real respectful and courteous. My mother had 4 mini strokes last year and over time she has gained a lot of her strength back both mentally and physically. Mr. James, Mr. Charles, and Mr. John are the best. They have treated my mother with the best care and treatment possible. Thank you All County Home Health.

Very disappointed with ACHH&H. I’m currently a caregiver for a client on hospice and I had to call the on-call number FIVE times before I could get Brianna to answer the phone. My client’s O2 was drastically declining and I had questions about the next step of care but couldn’t get someone on the phone in a timely manner. I didn’t know 24/7 on-call also meant answering the phone if/when they feel like it.

This is my second time using All County in 7 months. I have received such great care. The nursing (Krystal and Jennifer) have been excellent - I couldn’t have asked for better. My PT has been amazing. Chrissy has been wonderful and extremely understanding as well as James (lead PT). I highly recommend All County Home Health & Hospice for home health, PT as well as OT.
