We were very unhappy with our last few visits with our previous vet. We had also put off finding a new one because, life. Then our senior girl started acting weird. I called All Creatures with little hope of getting a quick, new, sick patient appointment anywhere except an emergency vet (no thank you) They took her in, the next day.They were upfront with cost of suggested testing & then our next steps. Most importantly for a pet parent is trust. I trust Dr Albert with my babies lives. He has always answered questions and concerns. Staff is gentle and understanding with those who visit All Creatures.
This was the first time going to this place and I have to say they are very helpful, knowledgeable and professional .Dr. Pan did a great job taking care of my pet king snakes needs getting the X-ray that was needed and determining the sex of the snake!
My dog Sully just had his annual checkup, he’s a handful. The vet and staff were extremely patient with him, even after he peed on the vet. Thank you so much!❤️🐶
With every pet I’ve had to bring in for treatment, I’ve been treated with so much compassion and kindness. I know they provide the same care and support to the animals they treat too. So fortunate to have this vet practice!!
I brought my sons guinea pig BoRis in and it didn’t end up good. The staff and vet were amazing on handing us! So sweet to my son! They definitely show they care about our furry family members, no matter how small! Thank you again for all you could do!
Doctor Smith was a wonderful doctor. He took care of my bunny when I was worried she wasn’t doing well.
Dr. Pan was amazing! She was fantastic with my Abby dog!
They do not care the least bit about any animal (our loved ones; our family members) or their families and circumstances. They continually lie about what they have done and/or will do. Just another Greedy, Money-Hungry Business!!!
