Fantastic staff! From the front desk, to the techs and assistants, and the doctors—everyone is kind, patient, and understanding. My pups absolutely love coming to the vet, they practically run to the door! Dr. Pan is the BEST! ❤️
Love the staff! They treat FERRETS and other exotics , they also had same day emergency appointments if you call at 8am since there is no 24hr emergency ferret vet that i could find in buffalo. Was also able to work with me on the cost of my ferrets treatment. Highly recommend
Do not bring your ferret here , I called many places and they all recommended me to come here and I went there and they took advantage of my ferrets situation and decided to put my ferret in surgery saying that was really the only option and then tell me an hour later that he needs to be put down because they weren’t equipped enough to deal with his condition. The vets and techs are absolutely amazing!! I couldn’t be happier. They are thorough and trustworthy, very gentle with my snakes. The prices are pretty affordable considering, I am very happy with All Creatures!
Easy to find on Google maps, I texted the number when I arrived and was brought in immediately. I was greeted kindly and professionally and the paperwork was throrough. The vet and aides were non-judgemental, calming to speak with(I have ADHD and anxiety), helpful, honest, throrough and knowledgeable. I was shown how and when to administer antibiotic shots for my bearded dragon and scheduled a follow-up. The pricing for the visit and medications were a LOT lower than I anticipated for this visit.
