Leroy and his team of installers did great work. They were professional throughout the entire installation of engineered hardwood floors.
If I could rate them a 10, I'd do that! What an outstanding experience we had with Leroy and his workers. We had looked at another flooring establishment that handled Mohawk, but wanted to visit another store for more samples. We sure are glad we did! All Floors of Orlando Lake Underhill. Showroom 2 , Kenny was awesome his customer skills I'd say we're on point! He made sure that the project was done. The way it should have been down to. After the Thor's were installed, he personally stopped over to make sure we were satisfied and totally appreciated and love the floors literally changed my family's entire way of life!!! Leroy and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. Leroy knew exactly what we wanted from the moment we walked in his door. He helped us choose beautiful floors and stairs! He took all of our 90s carpet home into the future! Luis and his team are fantastic installers with a wealth of knowledge. They are extremely trustworthy and punctual! I truly can’t recommend this company enough I look forward to working with Leroy and his team again when I redo my kitchen in the future! Thank you guys
Leroy at All Floors of Orlando is an absolute professional, he is very detail oriented and precise. He set up very reasonable expectations regarding price and any unexpected repairs on my floor and I appreciated how he ran his business. The only real complaint I had was that one of the gentleman that actually came to install told me he would meet me at 9am but he didn't show up until almost 10:30, which was very inconvenient to explain to my work.
