Today I went into the Downtowner Branch and upon walking in NOBODY greeted me and I noticed two people were on the teller line. The gentleman who did my transaction was new and struggling with my transaction but I noticed the lady to his left with glasses never tried to help him or even acknowledge what was going on and I had a simple withdrawal.
