Honestly I regret switching to AllIn from 5star credit union. 5star knows how to treat their customers from products, services and their excellent customer service that’s catered for all their customers. I think it’s time to head back to 5star credit union.
Allie Paul was the most unprofessional person I’ve ever dealt with, I should’ve known when I saw she had a T-shirt and yoga pants on and not the first thing up in her office. She had more things on the ground than she did on the wall or desk. She never introduced herself or even asked anything about me or my situation other than “what did you want today?”. This credit union is a joke. Cant even pay me on time or even on the same day most of the time while all my other co workers recieve theres all within the same time frame and same day. All in is great at blaming others for what they lack.
Kelsey Harris took care me she was kind, compassionate, considered, she took care of my fraud dispute immediately and corrected my pin for debit card... thank you Kelsey you are one of a kind....
