I give this place a 2 stars because the representative was nice and cordial. All banks nowadays it seems, have these hidden policies (and fees) which often simply interfere in ones normal financial transactions. I do not have a local bank for these reasons, opting instead for a brokerage house which gives me free checks, free checking, along with a debit card for removing cash with no fee at other bank's ATM's. I been banking with this bank for a while mainly this location has the best rep they never took their time when I came through the door also made all my needs fast can't speak for the other branches so I'm give this bank a five thanks
