DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Absolute horrible & shameful customer service. The “manager” Jared is incredibly rude & a perpetual liar. He did not communicate, his crew was 8 HOURS LATE & after being told that it would be $650, he tried to make them pay $1000 before they even moved a piece of furniture. Such a frustrating experience. I called over a month ago, and was given by far the best quote in the city. Of course, I booked! When called two days before, the quote nearly doubled. When I started asking question, I was blown off with "you booked with a call center, I don't know what they told you" and eventually told that my move would was being canceled because I was "clearly difficult." Bait and switch pricing with hourly rate and number of movers, wasted time to charge more, charged for materials not used, not careful with items, company does not answer complaints when I have reached out.
Took our money as a deposit then had to cancel due to scheduling and to ring conflict and have yet to refund our money! This company did absolutely nothing for us and has not returned our calls, responded to emails and continues to give us the Tun around instead of returning our $555 deposit. At this point we are getting a lawyer involved I absolutely do not recommend using this company. You’d be better off picking up some help from Home Depot. I tried repeatedly to call and text Jared And Chris earlier this evening, but unfortunately, I was unsuccessful. I cannot begin to tell you have upset and disappointed I am in your moving services. When I moved here 90 days ago, a 3 man crew moved me from out of state to a 3 bedroom apt on the 3rd floor. This 3 man crew unloaded their truck, moving all of my furniture and belongings UP 3 flights of stairs to my 3 rd floor apt. in 4.5 hours. MOST HORRIFIC CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. SERIOUSLY A NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!! When I called corporate to book I spoke with clansy. She was amazing!! She let me know it would take about 3 hours at roughly $150 an hour. We agreed to this. I got a call from the local manager and he said he would put 4 guys on it to cut the time in half at roughly $200 an hour. I agreed thinking this would be more efficient. This place I would never ever recommend! For the price, it was absolutely outrageous and still no one will get back to me!! I did the 2 hour minimum and the 1 hour of drive time they require, so add that up at $159.00 a hour... it took them one hour to load my small 950 square foot apartment up and then one hour drive time to my new place (which was not a hour away but only 18 minutes) then it took less then a hour to unload my stuff from the truck because I had others helping (which the movers said was fine it would cut dow... read more
scammers!! Do not use this company!!! employees look like crack heads, they move extra slow to run up the bill and then the guy that answers the phone talks in circles.... This company is a complete joke, save yourself the time and trouble!!!
