They completely lied. Quoted one price and gave another. Tried charging her the “hourly” quote before even finishing the job. They first quoted her 500 dollars Then charged her 1500 Then we called and they told us they only charged her 900 dollars Very sketchy people would not recommend
Absolutely would not recommend this company to anybody. My mom was given a price, later they held her belongings hostage until a payment was made. Later to look at statements she was charged double.
They completely lied. Quoted one price and gave another. Tried charging her the “hourly” quote before even finishing the job. Double her estimate. Then pretended to be different people on the phone. DO NOT use them!!!
Did not tell my company that payment is due before items are off loaded. Then held it hostage. We paid them. They start unloading from truck. We notice something amiss. They broke a leg on a table. We are told they pay 60cents per pound for damages.
While moving someone else in the apartment complex, one of the movers stole my cousins package outside her apartment door. The person who stole the package lied multiple times about it. He showed up in the security footage stealing the package and All My Sons isn’t even paying my cousin back full price for the contents of the package, which happened to have $300 worth of clothing in it. This is a shady business with shady employees.
Y’all do not use them! They didn’t even call me 30min prior to arriving so they started the clock before even getting out the truck! They scratched multiple things, left trash all over my apartment! Charged me for disposal of items used to move, but yet THEY LEFT ALL THE ITEMS WRAPPED! They milked the clock because it doesn’t take 6 hours to move 7 pieces of furniture! Shady business practices, stay far away. They offered two discounts but only agreed to honor one on moving day. Garbage company with garbage management. The “owner” Tristan Henderson is a snake in the grass, and I hope he can sleep well at night knowing he’s ripping off people.

HORRIBLE!!! THEY TELL YOU AN APPROXIMATE PRICE AND THEN THEY MILK THE CLOCK AND TRIPLE THE PRICE!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I USE THIS COMPANY!! I WAS TOLD APPROXIMATELY 4 HOUR JOB WITH 4 MEN, IT ENDED UP BEING OVER 8 HOURS AT A COST OF ALMOST $3000!!! OUTRAGED!!!! NASTY MANAGER! THE CREW WAS POLITE BUT MANAGEMENT HORRID!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!
