HONEST REVIEW!!! This company was hired to move my already disassembled furniture from my apartment to a house. While moving the furniture, one of the movers broke my foot board on my bed. Note, I was present in the room. The mover then tried to explain to me that it was not his fault it fell. I realize now why he made that false statement... so the company isn’t reliable for your furniture. Absolutely the worst moving experience of my life... and I’ve moved a lot. I don’t know where to start! It was a whole house move yet they left things when ‘done’. They missed drawers of stuff, an entire bathroom, so many items just lying around... I’m still in disbelief! Things were dropped. I heard them playing with items. The move went pretty well... Untill we found that they stole my Apple Watch. Maybe they thought we wouldnt notice. The watch is over in New Iberia. We trusted them and they stole from us.. A family of 4 with a child with special needs!
A company that works with absolutely no integrity. Their in house estimates are way off than what they will actually charge you on your packing or moving day. Please stay away. There are many moving companies in Baton Rouge like Abba Movers that are very professional and work with integrity. What a JOKE! This company is bunch of crooks! Do NOT even think about using them. I am contacting the BBB immediately! As I understand it, it is common practice for them to quote one price then add on a bill they can not even substantiate. But, while you are questioning the bill, the movers are sitting in the truck. We hired a moving company, All My Sons, to move all of our big furniture. They arrived on time and were very courteous and I felt did a good job. When it was time to collect payment I gave them my credit card (a credit card I seldom use) and he swiped my card but then proceeded to have me write down my card number, expiration date, and security numbers which I thought was strange but I did it anyway.
