Disaster of a move. What a nightmare. They were scheduled to move me and on the morning of the move they didn't show up. After calling them to find out where they were, they told me there trucks were "broken" and it would be the next day. The next day came and they didn't show up until 3pm with a crew that thought they were moving a two bedroom house. We are five bedrooms and a study. They couldn't complete the move, leaving more than half the house left to move. I had to pay that crew and wait for another crew the next morn... read more
My recent experience with this moving co was an absolute nightmare. If I can save anyone the hassle it's worth posting. They were expensive but sold me on service. They did not deliver on service. They had 20 pieces of furniture to move from any empty house 1/2 mile away. This took 6 hours and they did not complete the job. I was charged double of what I was quoted $1000, when I protested the loaded up my furniture to hold until I did pay. They broke stuff in the new place. Worst experience ever. The guys who brought my Furniture where the only good things about All My Sons. I ended up paying more than twice what my quote was and on top of that the owner who I talked to was so hateful right from the get-go his name is Brad. I strongly suggest you do not use this company.
I used All My Sons because my sister moved them and my mom and her were like they were awesome so fast! So these two guys show up and one is a manager and very professional another is this lazy kid who obviously didn't know what he was doing. My whole apartment was packed up ready to go they just had to dis assemble the bed and wrap the tables and couch and move it ..... Well it took them FOUR HOURS just to get my things in the truck! Two guys showed up and said the job was to hard and left. Worst moving company ever!!!!
When we booked our move I told them that we were going into storage for several months While we remodeled our new house. When we came out of storage we found we were missing the posts to our bed. A couple weeks passed while we searched on our end before calling AMS. They told me they would talk to their crew. I called several times over a couple months and during that time nobody told me I needed to file a claim. Once I did they denied it because 90 dsys had passed from the initial move date. Craigslist's would've been more cost efficient with better quality of service by far!!!!
Moved from Tulsa, OK. I have several damage pieces of furniture including my less than two year old 54 inch TV which is cracked. Would not recommend them to ant of my friends.
