I was told that there was a minimum of 2 hrs for the move. I moved most of the things myself trying to stay under the 2 he min where I was told it would cost 129.00/he for the move. apparently there were other charges like fuel and time of arrival the form that I had took ALOT OF TIME!!! Warning! Do not book your move with them unless you want the biggest inconvenience of your life. Scheduled a move with them about 10 days ago. Last Friday, I got the confirmation call with details, ie: destination, location, ETA of crew/truck, credit card info, etc. July 16- day of move I was supposed to receive a call around 8:00 AM- no call. All they want it your money. Offer things and back out. Then overcharge you when they put you in a bad spot.

Customer service is horrible, I didn’t even get a quote because I was so frustrated with how poorly I was being talked to that I simply said I will no longer be requiring your business and thanked her for her time. It wasn’t even just her, the first guy that I talked to was not helpful at all.

Do not believe the initial quote you get. It will be more than double. Moving 2 beds, 3 dressers, 2 desks, 3 coffee tables and 2 boxes to an apartment less than half mile away cost me over $1000! unbelievable! Movers were nice but something tells me they work for minimum wage and no benefits while All My Sons cashes in on their back breaking work. I am absolutely disgusted with All My Son's Moving Company. My girlfriend was out walking the dogs around our neighborhood when one of their trucks drove by and one of the men yelled out the truck something about her "a**" and made and obscene gestures towards her. Never had luck with them as a moving service before, but now definitely won't ever give them the benefit of the doubt. A company that allows employees like that to work for them is disgusting. Plain and simple. I'll definitely be reporting this to the BBB.
It took them about 2.5 hours to move my stuff to a storage unit (yay!), but I will spend double that taking it all out and and putting it back, in a way I can access anything other than the 2 chairs up front. Stuff was stacked in an unsafe manner, and the shelving units I had for storage were not utilized in anyway - everything was just put wherever.
