DON’T USE THIS COMPANY. I would give zero stars if I could. I booked my move a week in advance and told them I have a window of 1:30-3:30PM at my new place because I had to reserve parking. I gave the advanced notice so I could have that time frame. I was told no problem. I was then told they’d arrive at my old place around 10:30-11:00AM. At 11:30AM, they weren’t there. RecommendedThe crew that moved me were great and I would recommend them to anyone. My overall experience, was not as good. I had packers from All My Sons come in earlier to pack my basement and my garage. I indicated that All My Sons would be moving me and I was told that they would pack my items in accordance with that information. I questioned the lack of some of the items not being placed into boxes but I was assured that they would be OK. Many of our boxes were mismarked. We are still searching for items two weeks later. They did not reassemble our bed properly, misplaced the electrical plugin for it and our $2000 motion bed is static! We had several items damaged and others missing. To add insult to injury they high pressured us to provide them with a tip! I told them I would put it on my debit card I was using to pay. The supervisor said they could only take a check or cash. Company was 7 hours late on my move out of my business into storage and I MADE THE MISTAKE OF USING THEM AGAIN. It was because their crew actually did a good job in hot July heat and they took money off my invoice. So to move out of storage I used them again and that was SO STUPID OF ME! Now I see why they have they WORST reviews of any moving company in Columbus. Do yourself a favor - use someone else. Save yourself heartache. Beware this company is unscrupulous. Horrible move. Worst move ever. Took 6hrs and refused to take everything. Took us 2 more days to move everything out on our own. Claimed there was no more room in truck but there was still room. Plus if they would have loaded truck more efficiently then they would have fit everything in. Also wouldn't remove 1 item on truck that we didn't want to take with us because it was already loaded on the truck even though it was easily available to get. Moved quickly but damaged my table with a 7 inch scratch. Over 1000.00 worth of damage and only wanted to pay 30.00. Completely disappointed and will never use them again.
This was the worst move I could possibly have imagined. They arrived late, the head mover was stoned and they broke 3-yes 3!- of the most important items in my Mothers home. They were leaving when I discovered a mirror missing so I stopped them and of course it was broken! I think they were hiding it in truck hoping I wouldn't notice! They dropped my 50" TV so it is irreparably damaged and dropped a glass table that we've had for 50 years. Just awful and no one wants to stand up for it. DO NOT USE THESE MOVERS!!!
