You will not pay anything close to your quoted price. Mine doubled!!! I moved 7.9 miles up the street! Their movers are NOT professional or experienced. Therefore, they take longer!This company takes advantage of their hourly charge. The movers took 30 extra minutes to show up at my house and when they got there, they were sitting in the truck laughing and talking!!!! Dont waste your time with these thieves!!
Worst ever the old bate and switch quote a price on phone get you stuff and double it triple the estimate hold you items hostage until you pay the ransom switch you to closers or I guess managers on phone until you have no choice Contacting the bbb and Angie’s list STAY AWAY!!!!
Let me start off by saying thay Leo and his crew were absolutely great! Those guys worked hard and seemed to enjoy what they do. They deserve any bonus the company can offer based on good reviews. I was given an initial quote of $189.00/hr for move and travel time. yet I was charged $247.00/hr. Payment is due before they unload at the destination so you really don't have any choice but to pay if you want your belongings. Also, after the movers left we started unpacking and found crystal and other broken glass items. We had packed the items ourselves in bubble wrap and marked the boxes fragile. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!! They will milk the clock to squeeze every penny out of you constantly standing around talking and laughing or just sitting in the truck or hanging out in my bathroom for 30 mins at a time damaged multiple pieces of furniture broke both of my expensive TVs damaged my walls in my new house the job should of only been 1 hr 2 tops they made a job that didn’t come close filling a 26’ box truck last 5 almost 6 hrs. Very shady company stay away !!!!!!!
My husband and I had All My Sons move us on July 28th. We booked 2 months in advance with a $100 deposit; they explained that the deposit would come off the final price. We were quoted a 4 man team and 3 hours at $250/hour; we budgeted for 4 hours just to be on the safe side. We were told the movers would pack our belongings if we needed/wanted and that they would use our supplies first and then, if we needed more, we could buy them from the company. Movers broke a door off of my buffet cabinet and claimed it was like that already... They also broke multiple dishes. My husband watched them throw boxes marked "fragile" and stack heavy boxes on top of boxes marked fragile. The price was twice what I was quoted initially. I am so unhappy with this company. We called multiple times before the moving making sure how much ballpark of around the price of moving... they said oh no hidden fees. Yea I am so angry they said around 690. We asked every question gave all information to ensure this would be about how much it would be. we have the $100 deposit. 3 guys for three hours. This has to be the worst experience of my life! I had them move my things from a storage unit into my brand new house that was just built. All of my furniture is ruined there are scratches and dents all over my house. They didn’t even place my items where they need to go. Then just jumped in the truck and left!
