It’s unfortunate that I have to take to social media to complain but nobody from the company can seem to return my calls the day after moving. I moved into a new home and after this company moved me in, my walls are rubbed and I have scraped hardwoods from sliding a safe and my washer along them. For the rate I paid for three guys, I’m disappointed that the lead guy was training two men on their first move. Poor business practices and it appears that this is not the first time from the other comments I am reading.
ZERO stars. STAY FAR FAR AWAY "company" I scheduled a move weeks in advance and paid the deposit. All My Sons called to confirm 2 days in advance. Moving day rolls around and I am left waiting and waiting. I call and speak with Tucker (very unapologetic) who then tells me they aren't going to show up because their crews "called off work". Avoid this company at all costs!!! They damage your property, steal and break your belongings, use bait and switch(charged over $1,000 more than they quoted before the move), and hold your belongings hostage until you overpay them to name a few things. The manager, "Michael", called my wife a "liar". I had to call the Sheriff on them. They stole my mother's tool box full of tools. They yelled at my wife in front of our child in our home! WORST COMPANY EVER! Never called to confirm move, showed up 2 hours late. Took in total 9 hours to move a 1000 sq apt, and make two stops. At the storage unit they tried to over charge me. After 30 minutes of negotiations, we agreed on a price and they started to unload. They wrongfully brought items there that should’ve been at the new home so they said they follow me back to the old home to get the washer they didnt originally bring AND the old place to drop off the stuff. They left several large items at my old house such as our patio table, mattress, boxes, etc. They overcharged 2 hours of their time. Driver got lost during their 2nd trip which was a 10 minute drive between houses. Their service team promised to get a crew back out but they never showed and no phone call. Their voicemails are full so you can’t even leave a message. DO NOT USE!!!
DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY! I had spoken with them in advance and gave them a room by room breakdown of what I needed moved. The call center assured me that this company was exceptional because they trained all of their movers and did not just employ hired help. They also assured me all of my items would be moved. Worse moving experience ever. Very rude and slow movers. Showed up asking for drinks and then before they unloaded the truck at the new house asked for a tip. If we didn't tip, were they not going to unload? They did not use a mattress protector, but charged for it and dropped the mattress on the front porch. They charged for rolls of tape, but they only moved furniture. The move costs was almost 2x the quote. Multiple calls to company with no response. All in all, worst movers ever.
Worst movers ever! They charged me $76 for products they didn't use. They dropped my mattress(without the mattress bag on that I was charged for) down my front porch. Very slow and unprofessional. I've called the branch and was told tough luck we won't refund you. I've called corporate 5 times and get the same answer, they will pass it to the person in charge and I will receive a call back that day, never called back. Trying the Better Business Bureau next.
I wish I could give 0 stars after what this company pulled on me. I called to schedule my move in the first week of May. I was scheduled to move on June 10th. I put down my $100 deposit to reserve my movers for that Monday as I needed to be out of my current apartment that day. I called them around noon the day of my move, they said they were still working on their first move and that they would contact me when the crew was on their way.
