Horrible experience. They didn� t wrap my furniture. They put my most expensive piece in the truck with no padding or wrapping. My dining table was rolled on the driveway and the edges destroyed. Was told the TVs and mirrors would be boxed and they were not. They removed the cords from the tvs and have no idea where they were placed. Came to the job with no tools to take apart the beds. After asking 3x for a mirror to be packaged they still left it on the wall. Had to hire someone else to move it for me. Also took an iPhone ... read more

Awful, they tell you they have 3 movers, only one is experienced and the others are right out of training. The experienced guy micromanages the inexperienced and you are paying for this. They left my items, did not empty my boxed attic, left my refrigerator, and did not put my beds together at my new place. The management does not care about the customers or employees. We use them in November of last year. I told him the size of the house, they sent one truck and four people, another person finally came and I would have later. One of the first four smells so bad of a controlled substance that I called the company to let them know. Show them the entire house that needed to be moved, they did not finish the job, put together furniture as I said they would, and stopped before the move was done. The movers were not professional in any way. They were rude and made no effort to distance themselves or wear masks. They damaged my sofa and my desk. They worked less than one-half hour and were adamant when I insisted they work longer. There was a 2-hour minimum charge and I got the impression that they never worked long. I really would not recommend to them to my worst enemy.

It is sad to say how unprofessional this company is. They are scam artist who take advantage. They tell you one price to get your business but once they load up the truck they will not deliver your belongings until you pay them and then the price is doubled what they told you. Also they damaged my wall, floors, and door. I went with them because this site vouched for them. With the amount VI of complaints they have I do not understand how they are listed.

Absolutely Horrible. Moved 3.5 miles. My cherry dining room table and chairs, very large scratches, large custom made bar, large gouges. Leather sofa, chair and recliner, large scratches, and rips. Very poor job in wrapping furniture did not use moving blankets. Their quote was different than what was communicated, had to argue the day of the move, and get it changed. Stressful! Their claims process was very misleading. They paid 60 cents per pound. They did not replace or fix anything. BEWARE!!! This was never communicated.... read more

They worked slowly, charged by the hour and charged for Everything! (tape,blankets,fuel sur charge ect...) It ended up being almost double with all the extra's. They really didnt know how to maneuver around the house, up the stairs or around furniture and if my son was not here helping there would have been a lot more damage.
