The movers ruined a piece of art by putting moving tape on the painting. They charged by the hour and 2 sat in the truck and left one doing the work. They broke the cover off my glass table spacer and dropped an entire box of dishes and nothing was done to replace them. They also charged over $3,000 for a 2 bedroom condo.
Let me start with I never leave bad reviews. However other people need to be aware of this scam of a company. I want to start with the good because I don’t want them to receive any backlash. Grossly overcharged. Some of my belongings are coincidentally missing and items were broken during the move. Workers to a lunch break while on the clock. I notified the dispatcher and he said he would call back to prorate it but never did. Took them 9 hrs to move 2 small apartments into 1 home. $150 materials charge for 2 things of tape and 4 boxes. Would not recommend.
$1700 to move a bed, small couch, two tvs and some clothes. They didn’t bring enough boxes to pack up my kitchen so I had to still move all of that myself. They shattered my $1500 TV and said they’ll give me $150, an actual joke.
I had the worst experience with this moving company. It’s way overpriced. They only used shrink wrap and all the blankets that were in the truck weren’t even touched. I felt like they intentionally took their time. They did not have the tools to take apart the furniture (2 beds and table). They asked to use our drill. One of the young men damaged my TV stand.
