The guys that handled my move were completely unprofessional. They intentionally took their time. They broke / messed up almost every item they moved. My bed frame, my dresser, my night stand, my entertainment center dresser, my couch, my lamp, and my flat screen tv. I was told upon moving “if we break it, we buy it.” NOT true! If I had known they would only pay .60 cents per pound I would have purchased insurance for my move. I don't go out of my way to write a review a year after the service was completed, but I would be remiss if I didn't save at least one other consumer from being burned. If I can save just one soul out there from the equally ludicrous experience I detail below, I'm happy. This is the most unprofessional movers I have ever hired 😭 they moved me and my little 2 kids, it was an evening move, I thought they’re professionals so I didn’t bother watching them, they spent 2 hours and couldn’t get all my stuffs as earlier agreed but they were asking for more money after paying them $680, just one bedroom move, look at my 2 tv’s, 65 inch and 55 inch tv’s broken 😡, I’m so mad and regretting hiring them! They don't tell you until before the move they charged to wrap mattresses, or you can purchase your own wrap, they charged you $20 a box for TVs. They tried to charge me $1200 for a one bedroom move to another one bedroom. I was told it will take 5 hours for them to move 2 bedroom set and boxes at $169 an hour. I went to AB Moving. I didn't have to pay for moving supplies, the move took 3 hours and a half at $129 an hour even with the rain, and being on Christmas Eve. I promise I did not pay anywhere near $1200. We have Alex and Larry help us move today and both of them were so wonderful!!!! Larry helped fix some furniture, take care of what was being moved, and everything came in one piece!!!!! Cannot recommend them enough!
