Chris and John were amazing. They were extremely professional, informative about the project and very kind. I am extremely impressed with their approach to their work and the performance of their expertise. Their level of concern to do the best job was very impressive! I highly recommend this company and their staff.
John and his assistant arrived in a timely way and through a very complete examination found a large clog which affected draining of washer, causing overflow from water backing up in washer drain line and both kitchen sinks, which had caused a flooding event. We cannot praise John and the company enough. Our plumber for Life. We recommend them highly! I should add we acquired them through American Home Shield, so our cost was $100.00. I do not know how much our policy paid for.
In my experience, it is rare to find a good company through a home warranty service. It's VERY rare indeed to find a great one! Jeremy and Eric were on-time, cordial, knowledgeable, friendly and QUICK!!! In an industry where some bad actors could milk the time, these guys fixed the leak and didn't leave a mess! Thanks guys!
Chris and John came to fix two toilet issues. They were fast cleaned up after themselves. They also explained what they did and helped me understand all the technical words. They were kind and professional. Would call them again.
