I want to send an update for All Saints. I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Desiree, the Director of Nursing. From day one, she has treated our mom with so much kindness, compassion, and genuine care. She has consistently gone above and beyond for our family, and she has always made us feel like our mom is being cared for as a person, not just as a patient. I want to take a moment to recognize some of the staff at All Saints who have recently taken wonderful care of my mother. During a recent decline in her respiratory condition, my mom was dealing with pneumonia that had progressively worsened. RT Raj, RT Manager Mohammed, and her RN Marvie all recognized that she did not look well and expressed concern that she needed additional medical attention. They change administrator often. Leads to s lack of continuity of care. The current administrator makes me feel hopeful, but they hire employees that are way too young often. The youngest ones are 18. Residents have much too complicated health issues for teenagers with no job experience
