This place is the BEST. LJ took us on a wonderful movie trip, Steffani treated our table like royalty, and Tammy sweetly and smilingly saved a perfect table for us. Its great, Larry and Sylvia Lee ALSO- Cindy, Steffani, and TALEENA just went WAY out of their way to help me print a document that was very complicated. Today we had a special birthday celebration for a resident, the staff was excellent.. Steiffani, chef Matthew and Taleen did a fantastic job.. the food was the best, service was super.. Everybody did their best to make it a GREAT Success! I would recommend anyone wanting to have a special event see Steiffani.. (she is the best)
I have spoken to people who work at All Seasons both in Birmingham and the one in W. Bloomfield and they paint a totally different picture of the place than the reviewer below, the daughter of one of the residents. They say that people complain about the food and often go out to eat rather than eat it because it just isn't very good. They say that people are not that happy. My Mom has lived in All Seasons Birmingham for 1 year. In my opinion, it is the very best Independent Living place in the area. When you enter, you feel like you are entering a high end hotel. The furnishings are modern, sleek and tasteful. There is even a Bosendorfer grand piano in the main lobby seating area, where there are musical events 3 times per week. Cindy the concierge at All Seasons is outstanding. She goes out of her way to help the residents and visitors with whatever they may need. Always peasant it's a pity everyone is not like her

The staff at All Seasons has been very helpful to my mother, who has lived there for 2 years. Cyndi, at the front desk, has been so kind to my Mom and has always taken an interest in how she is doing. Steffani, the dining room manager, has gone above and beyond her role to accommodate my mother and any guests who are visiting her. Luther, our waiter last visit, was most attentive to our needs. It is a very comfortable Senior Living apartment complex that has done very well to please my mother and our family.

Initially thought this was a fantastic place but through the years they have been raising the prices and cutting down services. Most recently are charging residents an additional $3.00 a meal if they do not want to eat in the dining room and get their food to go. This is absurd. It's independent living and there is no requirement to eat in the dining room - especially during a pandemic when those who are elderly don't feel comfortable eating with others.
