This community is amazing and team here is wonderful!! Every time I come to this community I am blown away with the love and kindness in the building

The good: A beautiful facility with great people working in the Enliven memory care unit. Excellent meals and nice, spacious enough private rooms. The bad: I paid for 1 1/2 months for a vacant unit to ensure my spouse would have a "room at the inn" one day. Paid the $5K initiation fee to secure a spot. But.... after a month and a half I was told she would either be evicted or I had to retain additional, outside care at double their already "generous" monthly rate. Why? A great place for Ma and Pa. They get three meals a day that are as far as I'm told the best they ever had! Amazing apartment layouts, casitas in the back, and an amazing swimming pool. There is also activities that they participate in daily. Lots of great stuff coming out of All Seasons. THANK YOU ALL SEASONS STAFF!

All Seasons is a place to avoid! They raised the rent $1500 in one month! They said their points system had changed - this industry is totally unregulated. My mother was outright denied by one caregiver to walk her to an appointment, which was one of her duties. The rent was higher because her unit was closer to the elevator, which they claimed was an ADA unit, but wasn't. Don't move there, you'll be sorry you did.

I have a complaint about my deposit. I made my reservation in July 2021. On May 14, 2024, I changed my mind and asked for a refund. I'm still waiting on August 29, 2024. They admitted to a mistake but that didn't help.
