Super weird experience. Came in with my newborn son and got pretty rudely lectured by the front desk for being late, but…I was early…their reminder system didn’t match up with their scheduling. No apology made either, super strange. Then I made an appointment with a doctor, only to be seen by an NP the day of. We’ve been seeing Dr. Choudhary for almost 8 years since my first son’s birth, and we are very happy with the care and treatment provided by her and her staff. If I ever have an urgent issue, they can get us in the same day to see someone, and if it turns out not to be an urgent issue, I’m never made to feel like it was silly to bring my kids in. I wish I could no stars honestly, I drove home from my childs appointment in tears. Me and her mother came for a 4 year old well visit, our child’s vitals were taken by someone who was visibly sick, which is disgusting in itself. The lady was very out of touch with today’s children interests, which is whatever but you’d think someone in a pediatric office would know how to interact with a 4 year old. In the beginning when we went here (9 years ago) we loved Dr. Choudhary. Very kind and nice to me and the kids. My firstborn and second born went here temporarily. Issues arose when they said my children must get vaccinated or be discharged from their practice. I do not take kindly to parental choice being looked down upon. It is up to the parents to decide what’s best. You can recommend the CDC guidelines but to refuse care all together to children is absurd. absolutely terrible and abhorrent practice. I took my child there and was told that he must get vaccines which is a total lie. I felt extremely uncomfortable in the presence of these two doctors that told us that basically we were bad people if we did not give our son this vaccine and would no longer be welcome in their practice. do not take your kids here I beg you please.
