If you plan on renting here READ THE SECTION ON MOVING OUT real good or you will be cheated out of your deposit, I had 3 units, lost the deposits on 2 and am going to move to another facility with my last one as soon as possible, also someone left some stuff right close to one of my units, they blamed me and told me if it was not moved I would be charged for it, YOU SUPPOSEDLY HAVE CAMERAS, TOO LAZY TO FIND THE REAL CULPRIT GUESS, I do NOT recommend this facility, now they will force put insurance on your units if you don't ... read more

Great people to deal with. I have been very happy as a customer. The staff is great and willing to help with any issues that may occur. Everything is done online which makes it very convenient to rent a unit or just pay your invoice. They maintain a clean secure facility and I feel great knowing my property is safe any hour of the day or night. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks All Star !!!

I have been using All-Star Storage for a few years. The units are well kept and clean. I love the security, especially the gate and the lighting. I get a reminder of my upcoming payment each month, as well as an e-bill. You can rent online so if you have social anxiety, like me, it is rather convenient. You do provide your own lock, and they recommend a particular kind, but I like the convenience of that as well.

I highly recommend this facility for storage needs. I am renting 2 units, and have renting for over a year, also the prices have stayed the same as when I started renting in May 2021. And up until now I haven't had any problem of any kind. All-Star is very secure and clean. And on the plus side Elise is very polite and the few times I've talked to her and or texted she has always answer back promptly.

I really like that the gate has a code to enter and the cameras. My dad has a storage unit elsewhere that was broken into. No cameras or other security measures. I haven't had any issues with management, they have been great to work with. I have peace of mind knowing my belongings are safe while stored there.
