Very pleased with facility - clean and secure. Communication was excellent….easy to get a hold of them with quick responses. Always kept us informed with pertinent info via email. Highly recommend.
This place is a joke to deal with, they only want to text you instead of talking to you over the phone like real human beings! I checked out of my unit via the noke app on 8/31/25, and because of their incompetence of how the app works had no idea I had done so. Now they are charging me for half the months rent when I had no way to access the unit. This place is a joke and I would highly recommend you dont rent from them, there are storage units popping up all over so go somewhere else!
Best storage place around! Units are great sized and the pricing is awesome! Highly recommend checking them out if you need storage!
Great people to deal with. I have been very happy as a customer. The staff is great and willing to help with any issues that may occur. Everything is done online which makes it very convenient to rent a unit or just pay your invoice. They maintain a clean secure facility and I feel great knowing my property is safe any hour of the day or night. If I could give 10 stars I would! Thanks All Star !!!
Don’t ever use these people. They didn’t tell me that my stuff was being auctioned. I’m a single mom and I lost every single Christmas ornament they’ve ever made. They could have called me. Not once. Nothing. Never, ever use these people.
