This place is full of unprofessional, rude, and insulting people. I had a reservation, so I thought, and was then told I would receive a call from the property manager and would be able to pay for it on saturday, the day I need it. I was given the wrong information so when I called I was screamed at by a representative, told it was my fault, and then hung up on. Spring is in the air and its time for yet another notice of increased rent from All-Stor! No worries, with this newly added plus-plus-plus $ premium you can be assured of even more non-personal assistance. HELP is just a phone call, a delay, and an excuse away. Also, since its spring; late and lax parking lot maintenance is less of an issue. All-Stor bought the property and buildings at the storage facility that I rent on Town Hall Rd. in Barton, Wi. in March of 2024. 2 months later I was informed that my rent is going up 10%. 6 months after that, and right before the holidays, I was informed that my rent will be increasing another 20%! I had no issues paying forward 12mo at a time for several years under the former owners/management. There was a local management presence and no issues. Over several years the rent increased $5/month, and I always received 1month free. Reasonable. Under new management, there are rate increases gating about every 2-3 months.
