1/5 STARS: HARASSMENT & PROFILING I don't care how many 5-star reviews this place has from people who got a "free month"--this facility is a joke. I wasn't even a customer, I was just moving MY OWN BELONGINGS out of my wife's car to leave the premises, and I got treated like a criminal. Out of nowhere, some heavyset black guy with NO UNIFORM and NO ID rolls up on me in a big truck acting like he owns the pavement. Without even introducing himself, he starts interrogating me, asking me "where I got those clothes from" and acc... read more

Ms. Grandolyn was amazing! She was so pleasant and informative. We look forward to seeing her smiling face during our rental period. Update So they go up on the storage fees every 3 months then they keep people hard earned money. If you move out early (5days) at the start of a new month you have to pay the whole month with no reimbursement. So end up paying almost $600 for 5 days.
