I understood that the repair would take some time, and waiting was agony. However, I wanted quality and I got it. I received my car back earlier than expected and I was ecstatic. Angel was so sweet when answering my calls, Chris laid it all out for me when I dropped my car off and now my car handles beautifully. A little paint smell but that does NOT deter the work that was done. I appreciate the Allard Collision team!

Cosmetic improvements: had hood louvers and right side mirror repainted. The color match is exact, which is hard to do on a 20 year old British car. The experience was as good as can be. This place is top notch and I highly recommend them.
Phenomenal customer service!! Took my mother's car in for an estimate of minor damage to her back bumper. Luis Esquer gave us an honest assessment, which included the expensive option of replacing the bumper. Then he suggested another option of simply buffing and cleaning it up, which he was able to do immediately. After about 20 minutes the bumper looked great and like nothing had ever happened. My mother was so happy and relieved! Thank you Luis, and Allard!
Had an Outstanding experience with the entire staff at Allard Collision including Eddie Yanez, Chris Parks and the Administrative Assistant handling the paperwork. Everyone was Polite, Professional, and Knowledgeable making the process easy and giving me confidence my vehicle would be repaired and back on the road soon. The company communicated well with me throughout the repair process and my vehicle was finished ahead of the expected finish date. Happy to recommend them to anyone.
