This car is one of my most proud possessions and I treat the car with so much love, it's my forever car until the wheels fall off. I was rear ended, very minor, Progressive suggested Allard. They did a really sloppy job attempting to repair the crack and even though it went through Quality Control after repair they still left pooling paint, overspray and gouges in the paint where the hung and sprayed the bumper. I understood that the repair would take some time, and waiting was agony. However, I wanted quality and I got it. I received my car back earlier than expected and I was ecstatic. Angel was so sweet when answering my calls, Chris laid it all out for me when I dropped my car off and now my car handles beautifully. A little paint smell but that does NOT deter the work that was done. I appreciate the Allard Collision team!

Luis was awesome at keeping us informed on the status of our repair work. Our vehicle was repaired quicker than what we were quoted. The repairs done are excellent to the point we can’t see where the new parts start and end versus the rest of the vehicle. We are extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and the customer service we received. We would recommend Allard Collision to anyone and everyone that asks for a referral.

Excellent work. They took the time to make sure that my vehicle was repaired right. They were not happy about the way my bumper turned out and went ahead and got a new one. The quality inspection and detail is exemplary. I have worked in the claims industry for over 10 years and this shop is one of the best that I have been to. Excellent customer service and detailed work.
