I understood that the repair would take some time, and waiting was agony. However, I wanted quality and I got it. I received my car back earlier than expected and I was ecstatic. Angel was so sweet when answering my calls, Chris laid it all out for me when I dropped my car off and now my car handles beautifully. A little paint smell but that does NOT deter the work that was done. I appreciate the Allard Collision team!
We used Allard for repairs through our insurance after a minor collision. While we had about a 2-week wait from the time we called, I preferred that to using a shop with worse reviews. The staff was very communicative throughout the process, the location was clean, everything was professionally run, and the repair work was excellent. I would absolutely recommend them.
Louis and the guys at Allard took great care of my wife's BMW 435i coupe! They did a great estimate and took care of all the hassles with dealing with the insurance company for the claim. Her car was hit and run while parked, doing significant damage. Allard fixed the car to look like it came out of the showroom. Dealing with them and their communication is top notch, giving me almost daily updates on the status of the vehicle.
