Phenomenal customer service!! Took my mother's car in for an estimate of minor damage to her back bumper. Luis Esquer gave us an honest assessment, which included the expensive option of replacing the bumper. Then he suggested another option of simply buffing and cleaning it up, which he was able to do immediately. After about 20 minutes the bumper looked great and like nothing had ever happened. Allard Collision is one of the best body shops I have ever been to. Angela is the nicest most welcoming front desk administrator and greets everyone with a smile. She makes check in and check out so easy. Eddie makes sure he reviews the needed repairs with the customers and listens to all concerns. Cosmetic improvements: had hood louvers and right side mirror repainted. The color match is exact, which is hard to do on a 20 year old British car. The experience was as good as can be. This place is top notch and I highly recommend them.
