This car is one of my most proud possessions and I treat the car with so much love, it's my forever car until the wheels fall off. I was rear ended, very minor, Progressive suggested Allard. They did a really sloppy job attempting to repair the crack and even though it went through Quality Control after repair they still left pooling paint, overspray and gouges in the paint where the hung and sprayed the bumper. I understood that the repair would take some time, and waiting was agony. However, I wanted quality and I got it. I received my car back earlier than expected and I was ecstatic. Angel was so sweet when answering my calls, Chris laid it all out for me when I dropped my car off and now my car handles beautifully. A little paint smell but that does NOT deter the work that was done. I appreciate the Allard Collision team!

My car was involved in a rear end collision. Nothing major but it was about $2k in damages total. Insurance paid for the repair and they recommended Allard Collision as their preferred shop. The front office receptionist was very polite and the gentleman who did my estimate was polite as well. I dropped the vehicle off Monday after noon and by Friday it was ready to be picked up. Luis was awesome at keeping us informed on the status of our repair work. Our vehicle was repaired quicker than what we were quoted. The repairs done are excellent to the point we can’t see where the new parts start and end versus the rest of the vehicle. We are extremely pleased with the quality of workmanship and the customer service we received. We would recommend Allard Collision to anyone and everyone that asks for a referral.
