The accident happened Dec. 20th 2024.(hit and run rear-ended. My insurance company recommended this place, and I went in. They initially gave me a different turnaround time from when I actually picked up the vehicle. A little over 3 weeks roughly, which is still okay, but I would have appreciated knowing that information from the beginning so I can plan accordingly. While I wish I didn’t have to take my cars in for repair, AZ driving and living makes that a bit tough. Fortunately, the team at Allard is top notch and had done excellent work. Their communication and customer service has been top tier and their work, did I mention it was excellent? My car looks brand new and has been finished early both times. Definitely 5 stars, 11 out of 10 would strongly recommend.
I would recommend ALLARD Collision to anyone. Everyone there is so nice and loving. Whenever I need any kind of car body work this is where I would go. Always professional! All 10’s from me. Thank you.
