I understood that the repair would take some time, and waiting was agony. However, I wanted quality and I got it. I received my car back earlier than expected and I was ecstatic. Angel was so sweet when answering my calls, Chris laid it all out for me when I dropped my car off and now my car handles beautifully. A little paint smell but that does NOT deter the work that was done. I appreciate the Allard Collision team!
Allard Collision is one of the best body shops I have ever been to. Angela is the nicest most welcoming front desk administrator and greets everyone with a smile. She makes check in and check out so easy. Eddie makes sure he reviews the needed repairs with the customers and listens to all concerns. I had to have a front bumper replaced on an older car. I was informed that a newly painted bumper on an older car with older paint might not blend perfectly. I don’t know what type of magic they used, but the bumper looks amazing and blends beautifully with the rest of the older paint. I am fully satisfied with the work done by Allard Collision and I recommend them without hesitation.
Had an Outstanding experience with the entire staff at Allard Collision including Eddie Yanez, Chris Parks and the Administrative Assistant handling the paperwork. Everyone was Polite, Professional, and Knowledgeable making the process easy and giving me confidence my vehicle would be repaired and back on the road soon. The company communicated well with me throughout the repair process and my vehicle was finished ahead of the expected finish date. Happy to recommend them to anyone.
We have needed our 2018 Accord fixed twice and both times our car looks brand new. We recommend Allard to anyone we know. Hopefully we wont need it again but Allard is the only place we will go. Don't let any insurance company tell you they arent a preferred repair shop. 110% company. The Best! Thank you Allard!
