I was involved in a car accident, November 2025, my vehicle was towed to Allard Collision for an estimate of repairs. Prior to doing an assessment of the damage I spoke with someone in management, personally, and pleaded that I just wanted my car back due to personal circumstances. However, they deemed my vehicle a total loss. I advised them I would consider a salvage title if the difference of the insurance settlement and the total cost of repairs was within $5000.00 or something comparable. I understood that the repair would take some time, and waiting was agony. However, I wanted quality and I got it. I received my car back earlier than expected and I was ecstatic. Angel was so sweet when answering my calls, Chris laid it all out for me when I dropped my car off and now my car handles beautifully. A little paint smell but that does NOT deter the work that was done. I appreciate the Allard Collision team!

We used Allard for repairs through our insurance after a minor collision. While we had about a 2-week wait from the time we called, I preferred that to using a shop with worse reviews. The staff was very communicative throughout the process, the location was clean, everything was professionally run, and the repair work was excellent. I would absolutely recommend them.
