Allard Collision on McKellips and the Red Mountain, on behalf of Allstate provided measured and communicated updates from start to finished product. The contract was completed two days early. When I took delivery of the 2025 Accord SE from Showcase Honda it was nighttime.Daytime revealed a spot of missing paint. The car has been serviced by Showcase three times and a recall appointment is scheduled. First of all I called and scheduled an appointment which was very quick they got me in on Monday Mike was very helpful in helping me with my car and getting me a ride home. They are very professional and very helpful in their service I would recommend them to have my car repaired they not only repaired my bumper but they bent back my license plate so it looked like I never was in an accident. My review is well deserved! I had 4 quotes to replace my rear spoiler on my Toyota Prius. They were the lowest. But they were easy to work with and my spoil looks great and I am so extremely happy. I am Bringing my car back to have my hood painted as it has chips and I don’t eat it to rust. I 100 % recommend Allard.
I was in an accident and referred to Allard Collision by my insurance company. The service was exceptional! They replaced back bumper, trim, liftgate and sensors for camera. I received updates on every step of the repair process. Service was completed on the day promised (even 5 hours early)! Thank You Mike!
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work and the level of professionalism at this shop. My vehicle required two repainting attempts, and both were handled poorly. After the first attempt, there were paint speckles under the clear coat covering the entire hood. Insurance paid out over $9000+. I returned the car for a second repaint, but this led to even more issues including sanding, my brand new headlight as well as damaging the steering wheel column, and also having to replace that.
