My daughter’s car was unfortunately the victim of a hit and run in a parking lot. Allard made the whole process smooth between keeping me in the loop the entire time, great friendly staff and even helping coordinate with getting the rental. Upon pickup, it was quick and the car looks great! Thank you again!
I am extremely disappointed with the quality of work and the level of professionalism at this shop. My vehicle required two repainting attempts, and both were handled poorly. After the first attempt, there were paint speckles under the clear coat covering the entire hood. Insurance paid out over $9000+. I returned the car for a second repaint, but this led to even more issues including sanding, my brand new headlight as well as damaging the steering wheel column, and also having to replace that. Had a fender bender and took my vehicle in to get repaired. The team at Allard Collision did an amazing job at fixing my car. I can’t even tell where the damage was. Would definitely recommend this shop.
I came in for an estimate through a recommendation from my insurance. I had called with questions about estimates and timelines and they welcomed me to come in to talk to them. I spoke to the front desk guy and an estimator and they gave me a realistic timeline as well as overall costs (I was kinda hoping to not have to file through insurance). They helped me rental and everything was great. Very friendly, very honest and very helpful. I would come here again on my own.
