In the time that I’ve lived at Allegro, then team continues to impress me with their above and beyond desire to help me with every little thing imaginable. Maintenance The maintenance team at Allegro is outstanding. They usually show up within 2 hours of submitting a maintenance request, with a joyful smile and an “I can’t wait to fix this for you” attitude. I absolutely love it here! The neighborhood itself is lovely and filled with life. The office staff is always just so sweet. Whenever something happens on property they are open and honest (which is rare today). I have lived here for about (3) years and have enjoyed.
I have lived here for a little over two years, and have no complaints about the property, the staff, or maintenance. Property was clean. Staff is always nice and helpful. Maintenance was quick to resolve any issues, (only had one issue where the electrical was routed incorrectly, fixed quickly). Moved out for personal reasons but I see no reason why anyone would not want to live here.
When our AC went out during the hottest time of the summer (Vegas heat is no joke!) Mack was on it right away. Our condenser unit was broken, so he brought us 2 portable AC units to get us by. The next day (a Saturday no less), Armando got the part and got our unit fixed up. I've heard horror stories of apartment complexes and landlords that drag their feet and leave tenants sweltering. Not at Allegro! Thank you to the amazing maintenance team - Mack, Armando, and German! You guys are the best!
I've lived here a year and a half now. Love love my apartment. Susan, the staff, and maintenance are awesome. Beautiful property, very clean and safe, extremely quiet. I never here neighbors. Never any bugs at all. For not checking out this place in person before I moved from out of state it is absolute perfection. Highly recommend.
