I moved here in February and I really enjoy it. Nicest management I’ve had. I’m used to awful and soulless nationwide management companies in LA and these guys are so much better. They made us feel welcome immediately and gave us a small bottle of champagne, orange juice and little flutes when we moved in
Susan is an absolute gem! She is always responsive, professional, and so welcoming. She goes above and beyond for the residents. She handled my mother's request in record time and did so with a smile and warmth. She truly cares about the residents and it shows! Thank you Susan for your dedication and always delivering more than what is expected!
I’ve lived here two years and recently had to leave and move to another state. When I say Im really going to miss living here it’s because of the staff. From the first day to the last everything was handled professionally and courteously by Macy, Samantha and Susan. They were always so helpful and kind. I was always greeted by a smile. Formerly lived here as a younger adult this place is amazing, unfortunately due to a toxic living situation I had to outright skip town. I could go on and on about this place but I'll stick to some key points, trash valet, nice plush carpeted floors as I'm physically disabled and a balance issues the carpet gave me more traction around the apartment, great location, sturdy building in general even on top of the garages, did have some super hypocritical neighbors but could just walk back in my place.
Management is ok but Susan is one racist person. If you’re not white i wouldn’t recommend renting here, it was nice living here but Susan just take the cake off the icing.
