He was very respectful and understood my hesitation with getting help after dealing with my back pain for so long.
Great! Dr Eckhoff took my condition seriously and also explained the different options. He was empathetic to my work situation as well. He didn’t push any one treatment. Left it up to me. But fully explained. I’m somewhat younger lady and have kids and since seeing him, I have hope and have also a lot less pain. And we are only starting the care plan. Cool guy too. Not judgy. We really did appreciate him and his staff.
Very professional, patient, took time to explain everything and answer all of our questions. Also was caucious about my treatment and wanted to research my condition further before committing to a treatment.
Dr. Eckhoff really wants to help his patients, but his assistant that I see makes remarks that me our my wife never said, she is rude and to me just there for a paycheck. I will only see Dr Eckhoff in person from now on.
Did not listen to my issues with the treatment plan but instead pushed procedures I didn’t want. Obviously difficult to transition to a different doctor in the same city because of the obvious stigma. associated with the entire pain management machine.
Unfortunately he’s more worried about getting paid than actually helping you, his office scheduled me an appointment after a referral, after driving an hour and waiting 30 minutes he decided he wouldn’t meet with me because my injuries were caused by a car accident while at work and wanted me to use worker’s compensation insurance instead of my own, it’s not that easy but he didn’t care.
