Allen Exterior Remodeling put a new weatherproof coating on our metal barn roof. Our sales rep, Mark, explained every step of the process and answered all our questions we had. He showed up to the job site on the first day to make sure the crew knew what the work entailed and again at the end to make sure everything was completed correctly. The crew was very polite and professional. They did their work safely and cleaned up every day. I would highly recommend Allen Exterior Remodeling to anyone!

Remembering that Allen Exterior Remodeling had gone done an excellent job replacing the roof in my backyard shed, I called them years later to de-moss and evaluated the condition of the roof on my house. Mark took complete videos of the roof showing me areas of concern, and made those repairs. Because rain had been flowing down from the back side of the roof to the back deck, he created a “dam” to channel rainwater to the gutters. I recommend Allen Exterior Remodeling for quality external construction and repairs.

Mark Landes is an exceptional roof contractor to work with. Honest, knowledgeable, great communication skills and almost always answers his phone, including evenings, weekends, and even at the airport! All of the workers displayed a high degree of skill and integrity. Everyone involved really seemed to care about my house and the success of the project. If you have a flat membrane roof (especially a Rummer home), these guys are the experts. I highly recommend Allen Exterior.

Mark Landes was wonderful! He responded to my first call of a leaky roof within an hour. He got up in the rain and examined the area, cleared the drain and swept off the standing water. He communicated the problem and his recommendations and was able to do the repair about 3 weeks later. A few weeks later another house I own had a leaky roof and once again he was out within an hour and up on the roof fixing the immediate problem and returned within a week with his recommendations.
