The employees here make the practice!!! They are so KIND, professional, and engaged. Always available to answer questions. While getting allergy shots are so uncomfortable (LOL!!) they make the office visit much more enjoyable! Keep the great work ladies!! -Mrs. Brown
All was good until I came for the shot and with no notification they closed. No email, no text, nothing. Many patients at the front desk complaining. We got a business card to call Lori and she never answered. Nothing is organized, very unprofessional. I had to cancel my appointments and come from far away for nothing. The phone wasn’t even working. Office hours changed and now my kid can only get 1 shot instead of 2 that he is supposed to. I’m glad I found a better place. Both Jen and Dr. Mehn were so attentive, kind, and engaged in myself and my daughter. They provided a clean and fun environment for my daughter to occupy herself with blocks and answered all of my questions with no judgement or hesitation. My only negative feedback is a lack of changing table in the bathroom.
We had an extremely disappointing experience with this practice for our 8 month old. While the office staff and doctor we saw were very welcoming during the appointment, everything completely fell apart afterward. Visit notes were never posted even though I called and requested (the doctor had promised she would post them and include instructions for care). Dr. Shah was wonderful in her demeanor, and she took plenty of time to answer my questions and explain herself thoroughly. I would definitely recommend seeing her.
