Clean, older office. The NP and staff were knowledgeable and friendly staff. My appointment was thorough with minimal lobby wait time to be seen. I am asthmatic, allergic to dogs and cats. I expressed my displeasure with a patient bringing pet dog to the office. Advised that the matter will be addressed further to insure safety and comfort for all patients. I highly recommend Premier allergist for the patient first level of care provided.
The staff is great, whoever manages the hours is awful. If you’re a patient here, expect to take time off work/take your kids out of school, and this will likely be your only notice the office is closed: a piece of paper stuck to the door after you’ve gone out of your way to make it to your shot. They do not proactively notify patients when they close on random days, making it extremely difficult to build up to maintenance, which means you have to come in more often, meaning more people in the office. All was good until I came for the shot and with no notification they closed. No email, no text, nothing. Many patients at the front desk complaining. We got a business card to call Lori and she never answered. Nothing is organized, very unprofessional. I had to cancel my appointments and come from far away for nothing. The phone wasn’t even working. Office hours changed and now my kid can only get 1 shot instead of 2 that he is supposed to.
The appointment started on time and the several tests were conducted. Then the allergy shots began. It was a smooth however very itchy process but very seamless. The PA was extremely knowledgeable and understanding. She offered a few tips and tricks I could change around the house to help me feel better before the allergy shots start. Everyone was nice and attentive from making the appt to being in the office definitely I would recommend.
The check-in process was effortless, and I was seen promptly. The doctor took the time to listen, addressed my concerns thoroughly, and ensured I left with a clear plan of action. Update - Week of June 2, 2025: I am currently undergoing allergy patch testing at the Alexandria campus. On the first day of my testing, Jennifer carefully ensured that my patch placements were accurate and securely applied.
