Disorganized and disrespectful of your time. Multiple occurrences of incorrect dosages, incorrect vials, and incorrect scheduling. Frequently will wait for 15+ minutes in the lobby to get an injection, which would be tolerable in a world where they correctly administered dosages and kept you on the correct schedule. The clerks are pleasant to talk to, but the unprofessional nature of the practice is unbelievable. It almost seems like they're attempting to get you to visit the clinic as frequently as possible to extract the ... read more
I saw a nurse practitioner here, Jessica McAuliffe. She was super. She listened carefully and prescribed medicine that really worked for me. But she left less than a year after I began seeing her. Good luck getting your shots here. They are closed more than they are open and they have wildly shifting schedules. I’m tired of coming and discovering they changed their days again this month. I’m suppose to get shots at least every 2 weeks and they are closed for 9 days straight. They posted a July closures poster in June and then I come in July and days they said they would be open are now listed as closures. I’m done.
Everyone is so nice and friendly! I go in every two-four weeks for shots, and it’s such an easy, quick process. I started at a clinic in DC, and it was so difficult - every appointment and injection took forever. Premier Allergist in Arlington is the opposite. They’re the best!
Very disorganized and unprofessional. My Fiancé has been unable to receive his allergy shots multiple times because they say that they are open and then do not have a provider. They have not been helpful in allowing him to complete his treatment. Their good reviews are probably fake.
