Been receiving allergy shots here for the last year and a half and seriously regret choosing this office. First, to give it credit, you don't need an appointment for your maintenance shot and can walk in and out in roughly 25 min. That's where the pros end though. Cons: - its impossible to get ahold of admin or staff, which makes billing, refilling vials, or general questions a nightmare. The office front desk staff is friendly and always willing to answer my questions or find the answers to my questions. Also, there have been many times I’ve arrived for my shots only to realize I have forgotten to take an allergy pill, and the clinical staff has always offered me one with no issues or judgement. I can understand the negative reviews though as their office schedule is constantly shifting making it harder for people with strict work schedules to come in and get their shots or book an appointment. I had a great experience getting my eczema treated at this location. The doctor, Dr. Hauk, was very knowledgeable, down to earth, and answered my questions in a way I could easily understand. I eventually got started on Dupixent and my eczema control has never been better!
Dr. Hauk is one of the best. He has been helping my daughter with her egg allergy while other allergists didn’t want to do certain testing. Always willing to listen to any questions that I may have.
I recently had to get paperwork filled out for my kid to start school & I was really surprised at how an allergist’s office has very limited knowledge of how to correctly & efficiently fill out Food allergy action plans & medication authorization forms. Their goal is to quickly get you off their backs & phone lines.
