I had an excellent experience at AllerVie Health. Dr. Daniel Richardson is an outstanding physician who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly takes the time to listen to her patients. She explains everything thoroughly, answers questions with patience, and makes you feel comfortable and confident in your care. Office staff were very welcoming and professional. Dr Khan was very personable and engaging with my 5yro. The wait was a little long but the MA checked in to let us know he would be with us shortly. After the consultation, I understand the wait. He was very thorough and we didn’t feel rushed.
Once I checked in, I was called to the back within 5 minutes or once I was in the back after a quick triage, it took almost an hour before the doctor came to see me. That is the only critique that I have in regards to you my time with this practice. Other than that the service was impeccable and I would recommend. Maybe the long away time was due to the amount of people that were there!
I am very satisfied with the care and costumer service that I received in the clinic. The Dr was very attentive to my concerns and patiently listened and answered all my concerns. The staff are very friendly and professional. I recommend this practice to anyone.
