I had the opportunity to visit this office recently and the staff was extremely understanding and accommodating upon my arrival. Even though this was my first appointment and I hadn’t completed my paperwork prior to my visit they still allowed me to see the doctor as opposed to canceling or rescheduling my consultation. The nurse who took my vitals was extremely nice and even complemented my jewelry. I had a virtual meeting with Dr. McLaughlin. He had reviewed my health issues prior to our visit. . He was attentive, asked good questions, and recommendations on further evaluation after blood work. We recently switched pediatricians after having a rough experience at another. This was exactly what we hoped for so far. It was a very clean office. They were very punctual. The doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. As a healthcare worker myself, I come in contact with many healthcare facilities and am usually disappointed by something. I honestly have nothing to be critical over. Dr. McLaughlin seems to be a very good doctor.
