This was the best experience, I have had. Going to speak with the doctor and for her to be very thorough would what I was going though was very helpful. She order testing for me & it helped me understand what I am allergic to and we also did Asthma, testing which was helpful. I appreciate this location as well as the doctor. I recommend for anyone who has allergies

The office staff and doctors here were very friendly. Office is very convenient, quick walk from DuPont circle metro station. The office was very clean & calm. Really liked that they had a white noise machine playing a soothing melody when I arrived.

I’ve had a disappointing experience here despite the staff being exceptionally kind. The biggest issues have been unclear communication and limited accessibility for working patients. First, the shot hours are very restrictive if you have a full-time job. The office is only open for shots outside of normal working hours twice a week — one morning at 8:30 AM and another at 8:00 AM. No direct notice of provider-decided closures is provided to customers. They post a note in the office with a week or two lead time, providing zero use to patients on maintenance, who come in only once a month. The great part is they send direct texts when the office is closed due to inclement weather. Guess random closures on a Friday or Monday are treated different. Thanks for keeping your patients in mind.

Had a great experience at AllerVie with Dr. Habib and my care team! Was able to get an appointment within a few days as a new patient, she was very thorough and walked me through my allergy testing and answered my questions.
