Staff is great here and does really well with my daughter, HOWEVER, my only complaint is how long the wait times can be. Sitting for 2 hours past an appointment time is pretty excessive to me, even for a doc appointment. I also would like to point out I am a Healthcare worker as well, so I totally understand it from the other side. Ms. Kristin, CRNP, was amazing. She took time to answer our questions about and concerning our 9 month old and possible peanut allergy. We brought his twin sister too. She covered everything in depth and was so accommodating. She made sure to inform us of what to expect and how to go about things until the next appointment. She was personable and kind. Always have the best experiences when I have my appointments. Kristin and Dr. Kalenian both are amazing. Kristin always takes her time and makes sure that all of your questions are answered, she's very thorough and patient.
My father in law (Victor Brannon) has raved about Kristin (CRNP) and how much she has helped him even when he had been sent to specialists in Birmingham who didn’t try. She recently told him that she may not be there next time he came and he quite literally cried. She needs to be kept and made sure that she is happy to stay. I’m not sure what he will do without her!
