My first visit to Allervie in Glendale was not pleasant. I arrived 20 minutes early to fill out paperwork. I signed in. I had to stand there while the receptionist tried to get computer pad fixed. I was very tired because I walk with a cane. When the female finished preparing it took took about 5-10 minutes after I decided to have a seat. Dr. Kirshenbaum is very good but most of the receptionists are out of their depth and very disorganized. One of them almost gave my grandmother the wrong medicine because she didn’t read the label on the bottle.
We recently took our son to see the allergist, and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everyone was kind, welcoming, and helpful. The staff made us feel comfortable and took the time to explain everything clearly. They were patient and understanding with our son, which meant so much to us as parents. We truly appreciate the care and professionalism we received. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive one!
The staff in this office is EXCELLENT!! They are VERY PROFESSIONAL and have patience with you. For someone like me who is scared of needles, they did an excellent job with keeping me calm. I would recommend them a hundred times over!!
