I’ve been visiting this office for several months for allergy shots, and overall, I’ve had a positive experience. The clinic is clean, quiet, and the staff are friendly and helpful, making each visit comfortable. However, there are some notable drawbacks. The wait times can vary significantly, sometimes as short as 5-10 minutes, but other times up to 45 minutes, depending on when you go. Today I saw Dr. Rosenthal. I can say without any reservation that was the BEST doctor's appointment I've had in my 62 years! His wealth of knowledge helped me fully understand my situation and we mapped a reasonable path forward. YAY! He reflects well on AllerVie as an organization. Before today I felt a bit hopeless. Even tho my previous reatment plan worked well, I am still experiencing reduced symptoms. Thank goodness Sandy is still there and staff but lots of changes. Website needs fixing so you can communicate with staff and also get your reports like other doctor offices . Also you are required to stay sitting in office for 30 minutes before leaving snd they made the 1 bathroom employees only. Again only doctors office to do so . Dr Nicklas Minoo and nurses great
It was amazing how quickly they were able to see me after a scary incident with an acute allergic reaction. The staff was kind, quick and efficient. The doctor was full of knowledge and information and listen to my needs. I would recommend them to anyone.
Dr. Hauk is knowledgeable, professional, and very patient. He addressed all my concerns to my satisfaction. I will definitely be using him in the future.
