They were able to get me in for an appointment without a lot of lead time, and even though it had been a couple of years, the doctor had taken the time to review my last appointment info so he could greet me and we could get right to taking about what things had changed. I scheduled an appointment to test for cat allergy. When I arrived, I asked the front desk what my appointment might cost but they didn’t give me an answer. I received a full panel even though all I wanted was a cat allergy test and the visit was billed around $600. If I knew how much the visit would cost I wouldn’t have gone through it. Today I saw Dr. Rosenthal. I can say without any reservation that was the BEST doctor's appointment I've had in my 62 years! His wealth of knowledge helped me fully understand my situation and we mapped a reasonable path forward. YAY! He reflects well on AllerVie as an organization. Before today I felt a bit hopeless. Even tho my previous reatment plan worked well, I am still experiencing reduced symptoms. I've truly tried to allow time and give this business the benefit of the doubt. I'm sure this isn't an employee problem but more so a schedule management problem. I have to skip lunch and use up 1hr+ of my work day to drive to Reston and then back to work. Why? Because they're only open 2 days a week (I can only make one day) and they close before I could make it there after work. Almost every-time I can't make it back within the hour due to the wait.
